Naan bread with smoked salmon, or seared tuna, Boursin cheese, cucumber slices & drizzled with hot honey. I can't say enough wonderful things about this fresh, amazing combination of sweet honey, smooth cheese, crisp cucumber and tender smoked salmon! I drive 40 minutes, about 4 times a month, just so I can have this for lunch!!

Pecan Crusted Chicken
Dinner at The Landing On Madison takes on a special kind of charm in the winter, when Madison Lake lies frozen outside the windows and the restaurant feels especially cozy and welcoming. On a cold evening, the pecan-crusted chicken with au gratin potatoes proved to be the perfect comfort-forward meal. The pecan-crusted chicken arrived hot and beautifully golden, its crust crisp and aromatic with toasted pecans. The nutty crunch gave way to tender, juicy chicken that was well seasoned throughout. The pecan coating added just enough sweetness and texture to elevate the dish, while a light garlic cream sauce brought everything together, adding richness without overpowering the flavors. Each bite felt hearty and satisfying — ideal for a winter night. Alongside it, the au gratin potatoes delivered classic comfort. Thinly sliced potatoes were layered in a creamy, cheesy sauce, baked until bubbling and lightly browned on top. The balance of creaminess and subtle sharpness from the cheese made them indulgent without being heavy, and they paired beautifully with the savory chicken. The presentation was simple and inviting, fitting the relaxed atmosphere of The Landing, while the warm interior contrasted perfectly with the icy lake outside. Service felt attentive and unhurried, encouraging you to linger, enjoy your meal, and escape the cold just a little longer.

Super good, tender. I'm a salt freak so thought there would've been a saltier flavor with pretzel crust, but otherwise very good.

FRIDAY 4 P.M. AWESOME FISH DINNER WITH A FRIEND. THE BEST EVER AND THE SERVER WAS SO WONDERFUL, CARING AND MADE US FEEL SO WELCOME. WE WILL BE BACK VERY OFTEN FOR ALL THE OTHER ENTREES. THE RESTAURANT WAS PACKED THAT NITE WITH MANY HAPPY FACES AND SO MANY GREAT COMPLIMENTS.

Excellent menu selection! Large helping of very tasty fish along with coleslaw and fries. More than enough for one person. Keep up the great work.

I had the fillet, (not on the menu) several years ago. Maybe the best ever. Bring it back please!!
